I started the tradition of letting the kids help make their cakes and they love it. I had so much fun making this cake for Lily, but I will say it took FOREVER. I was quite proud of myself though. My mom was my assistant, but for the the most part I did it all by myself. Lily had so much fun that year on her birthday.
