This was at a beautiful park that we had a picnic at on two different days. Griff was playing (well trying to play) football with two boys from France. He kept asking them why they were speaking Spanish. They kept looking at their Dad for help. It was hilarious.
Our cabin in Torrey, UT
At the end of our hike at Hickman bridge.
Griff loved "chimney rock".
The kids had tons of fun with Gma and Gpa playing on this manure spreader. (Luckily it was very clean).
I called my dad Gpa Hillbilly the whole trip because of his chipped tooth. He has since had it fixed, much to my Mom's delight. He keeps threatening to use these pics for their Christmas card this year.
Here is the photo to document Griff stepping on a cactus. It was getting dark and we kept telling him not to play in the bushes. Guess he learned the hard way. Jake and Gpa doctored him up though.
Sam and I enjoying some roasted 'mallows. Okay, I enjoyed them. Sam looked on in envy.
We had a really fun trip to Capitol Reef. My parents joined us. The kids did great and some highlights of the trip were our hike and cooking dutch oven. The kids loved staying in a cabin and playing with Gma and Gpa.
